TO APPLY TO A CEW PRIMARY SCHOOL
2025 Enrolments are now open for St Augustine’s, St Francis of Assisi and St Monica’s. To be offered a round 1 interview applications need to be submitted by 19 April.
The Application for Enrolment form for each CEW Primary School can be downloaded by clicking on the school names below. If you would like to apply to more than one Catholic primary school, please submit an enrolment form for EACH school:
Our schools are always happy to hear from prospective families throughout the year. You are welcome to contact the schools directly at any time to find out more or arrange a tour.
Our Open Days
Catholic College Wodonga held their Open Day on Tuesday 5 March. Standard enrolment tours will resume at the College in Term 2. These tours take place between 9.00 – 10:30 am Mondays (from Monday 29 April) and are subject to demand through to December. If you are interested in a tour, please email enrolment@ccw.vic.edu.au.
St Augustine’s, St Francis of Assisi and St Monica’s primary schools held their Open Day on Tuesday 26 March. If you missed the day and/or would like to arrange a tour, please contact the school/s directly.

School will conduct enrolment interviews. Parents/guardians will be advised of their interview date. For existing families, this will be any time after 19 April. For new families between 6 May and 24 May. |

Schools will make final enrolment decisions based on the Enrolment Priority Criteria and notify parents/guardians.
If applications meeting the criteria exceed places available, the school may establish a waiting list. |

Parents/guardians whose child is offered a place at one of our schools will receive an Enrolment Agreement Form by 28 May.
The Enrolment Agreement Form and an enrolment fee of $50 must be submitted and paid by 4 June.
The Enrolment process is completed when the parent/guardian returns the signed Enrolment Agreement and pays the enrolment fee. |
