TO APPLY TO A CEW PRIMARY SCHOOL
Enrolments for 2026 at St Augustine’s, St Francis of Assisi and St Monica’s Primary Schools are now open.
Please note that families are only required to complete one Enrolment Application Form and can list up to three preferences (if applying at more than one school). The form should be submitted in person or via email at your preferred school, by Tuesday 22 April 2025.
Our Open Days
Catholic College Wodonga will hold their Open Day on Monday 3 March 2025, from 3.30pm – 6.00pm.
School tours will resume at the College after Open Day and will take place on Thursdays. If you are interested in a tour, please email enrolment@ccw.vic.edu.au.
St Augustine’s, St Francis of Assisi and St Monica’s primary schools will hold their Open Day on Tuesday 25 March 2025. Information sessions will be held at each school at 9.30am, 12pm and 4pm and tours will be available between 9am and 5pm.

Schools will make final enrolment decisions based on the Enrolment Priority Criteria. If applications meeting the criteria exceed places available, the school may establish a waiting list. |

The school will notify parents/guardians in writing of the final enrolment decision on 3 June 2024. For children whose enrolment has been confirmed, and Enrolment Agreement will be provided.
The Enrolment Agreement form and an enrolment fee of $50 must be submitted and paid by 10 June 2025.
The school will confirm in writing, receipt of the Enrolment Agreement and fee, and the enrolment of a student is complete. Schools may make second round offers if there are waiting lists. |
